You may register and pay for the Zones of Regulation workshop in one of two ways:

 

1.To pay by PayPal or credit card, fill out the Registration form on the right.

 

2. To pay by check or purchase order, fill out the attached Registration Form online, print it out, and mail, with your check or purchase order, to: PGS Workshops, 4 Trent Court, Morristown, NJ 07960. VOUCHER MUST BE RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 18.

 

Please note:

• Registration includes certificate of 6 contact hours upon course completion; handouts; continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.  It does not include the optional book or poster.

• Registration is complete when payment is received.

• Please register as early as possible, as space is limited.

• Workshop spaces are not refundable, but you may send a replacement with prior notice.

• If you need hotel or transportation information please contact us.

• In the event that the program is cancelled due to an insufficient number of registrants or other reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.
