Laurie Kalb provides mini and full day workshops, 1:1 mentoring, and consultations to individuals and staffs. "Lunch and learn" formats are successful for valuable staff development. In addition to on-site consultations, she can also provide distance learning by e-mail and phone.

 

Consultatins are designed based on the needs of the individuals and/or program, and tailored to enhance staff and individual development and professional growth and implementation of optimum child-centered, developmentally appropriate enhancements.

 

Laurie has extensive experience as a pediatric occupational therapist, private practice director, and multi-disciplinary child specialist group facilitator. Her work with parents, teachers and specialists across disciplines has given her great insight to help navigate the many aspects of working with children and their families.
